At least two people have been killed and nineteen others injured in a road accident between Juba and Nimule this morning.

The accidents occurred when a passenger bus from Baby Coach Transport Company overturned between River Achuwa and Nimule town in Eastern Equatoria State.

The bus, which was carrying passengers, was travelling from Juba to Uganda.

A traffic policeman, Juma Elikana of Nimule Highway unit, told Eye Radio that the bus overturned as a result of over speeding, and the driver of the bus has escaped.

In a separate accident, a bus from Bakulu Coach Transport Company also over- turned on Juba-Nimule road this morning, and one person was injured and he was admitted at Nimule Hospital.
