The governors of Yei River, Terekeka and Jubek have resolved that civil servants in the former Central Equatoria state be given the freedom to temporarily to work anywhere in the states.

They say this is because there is not yet proper systems put in place by the states to redeploy their workers.

The three governors held a meeting in Juba on Thursday after listening to a report by a human workforce committee on the process of redistribution of assets in the former state.

David Lokong’a Moses, the governor of Yei River state, told Eye Radio’s Dawn Show what they are not dividing their assets at the moment.

“We are not distributing anything but sharing. If there are people talking about this, they are anti-unity,” Mr Lokong’a said.

David Lokong’a also said each state received twenty vehicles from the former government. But he said they are expecting more cars because the distribution of the assets is still ongoing.
