The Director General of Wildlife in the Ministry of Interior says there is a need to properly manage areas that have not been affected by the current crisis.

Maj. Gen Philip Chol says Greater Upper has been affected by the war, leaving a larger number of animals to escape to the neighboring countries.

He says there is need to manage protected game reserves in order to attract tourists to the country. Mr Philip speaks with Memo.
